In collaboration with Anne-Catherine Leclerc, this delicious pre-prepared meal of meatballs is a true delight. Each bite is crafted with a perfect combination of ground meat, traditionally beef and pork, mixed with fresh herbs and a portion of grated Parmesan cheese. This mixture is then shaped into small balls and lightly coated with crispy breadcrumbs, giving them a tender interior and a crispy exterior with homemade tomato sauce.
